How to update screen firmware

The screens of the bigtreetech TFT series come with screen firmware because of their own touch interface. (The screen itself does not come with firmware: PI TFT, respberry pad 5, HDMI series, mini12864)

1. Language file： Select a language file, only one language can be updated at a time.

2. Theme file

Select a theme, and then select the folder corresponding to the screen.

3. BIN file

BIN file: Select the BIN file corresponding to the screen chip. Take TFT 35 E3 V3.0 as an example, TFT 35 E3 V3.0 has two types of chips, one is STM 32 and the other is GD.

4.ini file

Select the ini file.

For example, if your screen type is TFT35 E3 V3.0 (STM32 chip), this is its screen firmware.

How to update the screen firmware:

Put these four files into the SD card, insert the SD card into the SD card slot of the screen, and then power on, the screen can automatically start to update the firmware, this process may take a few minutes.
